Turkey is a country as we all know as a place of major opportunities in real estate. However these areas do not stand in the 3 major cities or coastal areas of Turkey. Of course Istanbul will always draw investors to the city as with a population of 17 million people, there seems to be an endless of construction companies building larger projects every year. With this in mind it also means that with their very favorable payment schemes and sales prices almost everyone can afford these apartments. Another city that is up and coming is Izmir for it's location - however it does have a long way to go to compete with Istanbul. Famous coastal areas such as Antalya and Bodrum is now slowly having a main rival in the area of Marmaris and within the next few years Didim. Other areas also of interest is Kuşadasi and Çeşme - however the lack of investment especially in the case of Çeşme is the short summer season and financial returns are fairly low in comparison to other coastal areas.
